Shipping and delivery options
All prices listed on www.zappers.org.uk display United Kingdom VAT rates.
All deliveries are handled by Royal Mail we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of them being placed. Orders after 12pm on Friday may not be dispatched till the following Monday.
Next day delivery is available on orders placed before 12pm. any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday may not be dispatched to the following Monday.
In the unlikely event of an under stocking a Zappers representative will contact you to discuss your options.
On checkout options are given for;
1st class mail signed for delivery 1-5 days.
2nd class mail signed for 3-7 days.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm next day Items ordered Mon - Thurs.(cut off 12pm).
Any items ordered after 12:00pm, may not be dispatched until the proceeding Working Day (Monday-Friday) .
Please be aware this will be slightly longer at Christmas time.
Christams holidays 2021
Thursday 23rd Decemebr 2021 until Tuesday Januray 4th 2022 shut for xmas holidays. Delevieries will commence again on Wednesday January 3rd 2022
We only ship to the UK.
We also offer free UK standard delivery on orders over £70.00(2nd class signed for).
Delivery Times. Although we endeavour to deliver goods on the day suggested at the time of order, this is only a guide. We make no guarantees whatsoever, therefore we cannot be held responsible on any consequential loss for failed deliveries.
Upon delivery consignments should be checked immediately and any delivery shortages or transit damage should be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Zapper Remotes are unable to process a claim or replenish stock outside of this time period.
