Returns

Goods can be returned for the following reasons:
  1. Zappers mistake in goods delivery
  2. Mistake on Website listing
  3. Mistake in order input.
  4. Defective goods under manufacturer’s warranty.
  5. Customer’s mistake in the transmission of the order.

These are mistakes made by Zappers and all goods will be taken back and replaced and or credited only after an agreement with Zappers has been reached.

D – Defective goods under manufacture’s warranty:
If you believe that you need to return any items that are faulty you must first contact zappers, you will be required to supply the invoice number on original order.
In the event of no fault found the goods will be returned to you and a charge for carriage will apply.
Advance replacements – can be issued but will be charged at the standard rate for that item. This will count as the replacement for a faulty item and once the faulty item has been proved a credit will be issued to cancel the advance replacement charge. If the item is found not to be faulty then payment for the advance replacement will become due in accordance with our standard trading terms.

E – This is a customer’s mistake and the return of goods is accepted only under the following conditions.
  • The request of goods return must be sent to Zappers within and not after 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Any credit will be agreed with Zappers according to the specific conditions
  • All products to be return in original packaging with any relevant instructions.
  • We will refund the customer in full, minus original postage cost. And any transaction fee applicable via the payment gateway used.
